Q: What are the most personally rewarding aspects of being involved in the Canadian Gaming Industry, and why?
A: The most rewarding aspect of being involved with Canadian gaming is the opportunity to work with the people within the industry. There’s a great pool of talent across the Canadian provinces that are not only extremely knowledgeable, but that are a sincere pleasure to work with. There is such gratification in working with customers and colleagues that are continuously striving to improve products and processes; a satisfaction in knowing that you are always working with a team to do things better. It’s rewarding to not only work with great people, but to learn and grow from them.
Q. What do you see as some of the biggest challenges for the growth and development of Novomatic Americas, and how do you anticipate addressing such challenges?
A. As we are very much the “new kid on the block,” we need to prove ourselves. We not only need to get our products onto casino floors, but we need to work closely with our casino partners to help with the success of those products.
